[Frost] Target Polarisation

Hi all,

As discussed in the meeting earlier, here are links to the information I
have about target polarisation.

The page where I discuss the definition of direction of target
polarisation is:

I think that the table we want to be using is the first one in the summary
section.

I have modified the run table g9a_allruns.dat to have the correct sign of
target polarisation.  Stuart - is g9a_allruns.dat the most up-to-date
table?
