[Frost] New Runtable for g9a

Hi All,

I have updated the sign of the target polarisation in the runtable for 
g9a with the sign from Jo's updated table, replacing the last version.

The latest runtable (with updated sign of polarisation) is: 
http://www.jlab.org/~clasg9/rootbeer/g9a_allruns.dat
The previous runtable (the old version of g9a_allruns.dat) is archived 
at: http://www.jlab.org/~clasg9/rootbeer/g9a_allruns_march2011_old.dat
