[Frost] About cooking problem

Folks,
I did cooked several files and it didn't crash BUT it's good to know that 
user_ana only crashed on a few files! When I tried to cook these, user_ana 
crashed and the debugger showed me that 2 parameters in seb/read_rbanks.F 
could get off limits and that one C header file was not in sync with the 
corresponding fortran common block.
It's running through now!
Brian, give it another shot!
