[Frost] HD-g14 organizational meeting: Fri 10/7, 11am

The g14 run time is approaching fast, and I would like to start weekly 
meetings to prepare for this run (scheduled 11/19/2011 to 5/18/2012).

The first meeting is scheduled for
                  Friday, Oct. 7, at 11:00am in room F228.
Main topic: "manpower"
- future meeting times
- post-docs and students involved in g14
- run coordination
- experts for target & goni
- "online" calibration & analysis

Unfortunately there was a long delay with setting up the wiki (I admit I 
should have requested that before 9/1), I hope to get a mailing list and

Folks,

We transferred tgt 21a from the PD to the SD-TOP, but the TOP STOP ring
turned with the target so that the target could not be released. So after
some drama we put the target back into the DF-BOT position where it came
from earlier in the week. But the good news is that the target is back
somewhere safe. This has lead to the following new plan for the next few
days.

€ now until 12:30 PM Saturday: CH2 NMR in PD with knob turning watch by
Vivien and Alex
€ 12:30 ­ 2:00 PM Sat, Xiangdong removes CH2 from PD
€ PD watch ends for now

€ Sat at 2 PM Mike and Andy straighten Cold Tool, mount on SD and pump
€ Saturday afternoon, Tsuneo checks gas in TC

€ Sunday @ 1:00 PM Mike, Charles and Chris meet to cool Cold Tool and
extract ring
€ SD needs to be watched for ~ 5 hours after it is filled &/or after cold
tool removal; Chris will fill when he gets in;
    so Chris will call Dao when they are done and Dao will watch SD for 4 to
5 hours.

€ we will meet after the Monday morning Hall B meeting to review where we
are.
