[Frost] FROST meeting

Dear All,

There are several recent MAMI-B measurements for DX13
[as SAID called it which means Delta(\sigma1/2 - \sigma3/2)]

For pi0p final state:

AH(04) DX13 12    62  310  540   59  122
AH(02) DX13 12    78  560  780   44  123

For pi+n final state:
AH(06) DX13 17   102  463  783   50  150
AH(04) DX13 17   129  180  450   35  153

List of Eg > 500 MeV:
pi0p: 510, 540, 560, 580, 600, 620, 640, 660, 680, 700, 720, 740, 760,
       780 MeV
pi+n: 503, 523, 543, 563, 583, 603, 623, 643, 663, 683, 703, 723, 743,
       763, 783 MeV

SAID can fit this observable very well [soln SN11].  The recent results
is submitting to PRC now, see arXiv:1109.0722 [hep-ph]
