Hi,

After giving this some more thought, I am not as confident that the 
measurement that Natalie made can be dismissed as an effect due to the 
detector efficiency. If it were just an issue of detector efficiency, then 
her plots should flip sign every time the target polarization flipped 
sign. Since the sign of her measurements are consistent then we must 
assume that Natalie and I still disagree as to the sing of the target 
polarization for sets 3 and 4.

I'll keep looking at this.
