[Frost] Abstract for CIPANP 2012

Hello all,
As I mentioned at the last meeting I am planning to give a presentation at this conference in June. Here is the website for the conference:

The deadline to submit an abstract is February 24th. I would like to send this abstract out to the CLAS Speakers Committee in the next few days, 
assuming the FROST group doesn't object.
