[Frost] Updated CIPANP Talk

Hello from Florida,

At our last FROST meeting Franz suggested that I send my updated version to the group, so here it is. I believe I have fixed everything we 
discussed that I could. There are some things with that when I tried to fix them, they got worse. I've been trying to put together a slide with 
examples of resonances, but I haven't been happy with any of the results, so I haven't included it here, but I will see if I can get it together 
by the time I give my talk Friday morning.
