[Frost] Bank lists and disk volume for g9b cooking

Hi Franz,
I don't remember making bos files with the pol info last time, only a
dst. but looking at the cooking scripts it seems that is was done.
For making the polarization tables it would be good to have the pol_dst
files on disk (from running dstmaker_pol). Last time we captured that
stuff as it came out of the cooking and bbftp'd it over to Glasgow.
Banks needed for the pol dsts are at least.:
"HEAD","RC26","STN0","STN1","STRE","TAGE","TAGR","EPIC","TESC","RFT "

Hope to see you next week?

Cheers,
Ken
