Hi Natalie,

Nice presentation. I think on slides 8 and 9, your titles are not correct.

I have one comment, though. I am somewhat concerned about presenting the ice issue to the rest of the collaboration. Are we ready for this discussion, yet? Shouldn't we have at least some ideas on what we can do about this? A solution we are currently investigating? 

I am somewhat afraid that it comes across as admitting failure since we don't even know exactly what this issue 
is about. Perhaps, this is just my impression.
