[Frost] Nightmares of the living dead in RootBeer

Hi All,
Apologies if you get this multiple times. It's only relevant to RootBeer
users.

I've been using the recently produced RootBeer DSTs in
/volatile/clas/clasg8/pass1/v3/ROOT directory to make new skims.
I found that when using a filelist the dstmaker would exit without
completing the filelist. No error. Rather just exit neatly after some
arbitrary number of files from the list.

On opening root files, the DST class checks the file using the
IsZombie() method. This has worked for years, but somehow now it starts
to tell me all files beyond a certain point in the list are zombies -
and skips them. If I analyse the files individually there's no problem.

I've modified src/RootBeerUtil.cxx to print a warning, but bash on anyway.
I've attached a new version of this. It would be sensible to recompile
with this. (I've already done so in the ~clasg9 account).

If you spot any real zombies, please let me know.

Regards,
Ken
