[Frost] conflict with meeting time

I have appointments booked for the next few weeks at the earlier time (and one time that I would not be able to attend regardless), but if we decide soon, I can block that time off after that. So a half-hour earlier will be workable, allowing for the first several weeks non-attendance.

Change of time is fine for me.
