[Frost] NSTAR2013

Igor and Eugene,

I am pretty sure that results from ELSA will be shown at the N* conference. At the GHP meeting, I will actually present latest CBELSA/TAPS results myself. Nevertheless, I think it is okay to call it "first-time measurements" here since nothing has been published for the "eta", yet. Although the GDH collaboration might have published some measurements for the E observable, but I am currently only aware of "pi0 pi0" results.

Best wishes,

       Volker
