[Frost] Phase Offsets

Just a few more thoughts about yesterday's discussion of phase offsets,
and a slide summarising what I think I know about angular distributions
and observable extraction;

http://nuclear.gla.ac.uk/~stuartf/thesis/updates/observable_angles.pdf

I'm not sure what, if any, other observables will contribute to a phase
offset in G. All measurements are integrated over Proton (from Hyperon
decay) polar angle, so I've always assumed any/all recoil phase shifts
in the Kaon distributions were integrated out. This may not be the case
(especially after what has been seen in g8b on the non-exclusive KLambda
topology), but to make things more complicated, other target observables
may also be contributing, which would not be present on the unpolarised
g8b target.

So in conclusion, diamond offset is but one of many constraints which
should be considered in an observable extraction from asymmetries, and
for G on FROST, probably the beam asymmetry too. I'll keep at it when
time allows.

Cheers,
Stuart
