[Frost] Abstract for Baryons2013

Hi Everyone,

In order to extend my free trip home for the CLAS workshop(!), I am
planning to submit an abstract for Baryons2013. I currently have two
versions of this; one which is an almost verbatim copy of my abstract
from NStar 2011 and puts the work in the context of missing resonances
between quark models, and another where I basically say the same thing,
but in the context of a complete measurement of observables and its
implications for partial wave analyses. Before running it past the CLAS
hadron list, I thought I'd get some feedback from the FROST group, and
look indecisive to a smaller subset of the collaboration. I also wanted
to run the vague allusion I make towards dilution past the group, as its
something I'd need to say in a talk, but it may be asking for trouble to
put it in the abstract. Comments and suggestions are welcome.
