[Frost] wrong target polarization values in g9b run table

Hi,

I am sorry that I haven't seen this when I cooked the data last winter

run 62455: target polarization 0.753 +- 0.007
run 62463: target polarization 0.751 +- 0.017
run 62625: target polarization 0.843 +- 0.015

Thanks to Ross to point that out!

Of course, there is still the question on whether the NMR gave the correct value (my guess for the systematic error is ~ 5%, does that makes sense?)
