JLab is going to switch to different teleconferencing service, from ReadyTalk we are using now to something called BlueJeans https://cc.jlab.org/bluejeans 
It is not an immediate change. We have time to learn how to use new service. BlueJeans has more features than ReadyTalk.
It can be accessed from the browser on any computer, from the smart phone, from videoconferencing setups (Polycom etc.) and from  regular phone.
Please take a look following the link above and familiarize yourself with the system. You don't need to create an account, it is all done by CC already. Follow the instruction and login with your jlab credentials.
