[Frost] NLSQ observable calculation paper COMPLETE

Dear all,
I have completed the paper on my method which Eugene requested. Per
Professor Ritchie, I have added a cross-check with the ordinary
phi-bin method on the gamma p -> pi+ (n) channel to demonstrate that
my method is reasonable. Please find a copy at (

Since this will be a big part of my dissertation, criticism and advice
