[Frost] F and T comparisons

Hi,

About a year ago I looked at the consistency of F and T for the different 
run sets. The slides can be found at

The difficult part of trying to form F or T for a single run set is 
that creating an unpolarized sample is not possible. For the T observable 
I made an unpolarized sample using all of the runs in order to obtain T. 
For the F observable study, I did not attempt to create an unpolarized 
sample, instead, I assumed that the zero and 2nd order detector 
efficiencies did not change over the run period and looked for consistency 
by way of pull distributions.
