[Frost] allCos plot

Hi,

I did not explain what is shown on the allCos.png figure that was attached 
to my previous email :(

Details:

Both panels: x-axis is mass(X) from the reaction gamma p -> p X, where X 
-> pi+ pi- (pi0) in units of MeV. Energy range = 1400 to 1500 MeV and 
all polar angles integrated. Black points represent signal + background. 
Red points represent the background determined by the Q-factor method 
(background events = events weighted by [1-Q]).

Top panel: Numerator of the moment method.

Bottom panel: Denominator of the moment method.
