[Frost] future meetings

We did not have much to discuss at the weekly meetings lately. I propose a change to our meeting schedule from weekly to as needed. We keep our default time, Thursdays at 13:00 JLab time. If anyone has anything to discuss they send a request. 
If I receive requests from anyone by any given Wednesday we will have meeting following Thursday, otherwise we will not have meeting that week. This change is in effect from today. 
And of course we can always discuss things over e-mail.
