[Frost] monitoring histograms

I fixed the issue with monitor plots not showing. The link works now. 
I also found actual monitoring histogram files generated during cooking and used to produce these plots. 
They are still on the work disk: /work/clas/clasg9/g9frost/pass/1/v1/AnaHistFiles/ 
Let me know if you have problems with them.
