[Frost] Frost analysis note on G

Hi Lorenzo and the rest of the FROSTy folks, 

Let's have a dedicated meeting next week to discuss this analysis before it goes to the physics working group review. 
We had our standard meeting time Thursday 13:00 JLab time. Let me know if it is still good for everyone. Meanwhile let's read the note and prepare questions and suggestions to Lorenzo.
