[Frost] Brief history of the FROST pi0 E-observable

Hi,

I was doing some archeology on the FROST wiki searching for pi0 E
information. This is a brief history:

People working on the pi0 E-observable using FROST data:

* Hideko from GW did her dissertation on the measurement but the results
were not of publishable quality

* Mike Dugger from ASU worked on the analysis for some time. A comparison
between Hideko and my stuff can be found in an April 2012 FROST
presentation that can be found at
https://userweb.jlab.org/~dugger/frost/pi0Ev1.pdf

* The analysis went back to GW. In November of 2013 I gave all my analysis
software to Diane Schott. A 2015 update on that analysis can be found at
https://clasweb.jlab.org/rungroups/g9/wiki/index.php/Diane%27s_analysis_page

* 2019 Chan Kim has taken over the pi0 analysis for the E-observable.

It looks like the newest 2019 GW results are in serious disagreement with
previous FROST efforts. This is confusing since GW has a long history with
this reaction. It is almost as if there is absolutely zero memory of this
effort within the GW group.

Take care,
Michael
