[Frost] [EXTERNAL] Re: Brief history of the FROST pi0 E-observable

Stuart,

The entire issue is about the results being shown at the DNP being in
serious disagreement with previous results.

Results that we show to the outside world should be vetted better.

I think that internal to the FROST group, we can understand that GW is
having trouble finding documentation on previous analysis efforts.
However, to the outside world, the newest FROST pi0 E-observable results
must represent the latest and best efforts of the FROST group.

Unfortunately, the latest results do not show us in a positive light.
