[Frost] [EXTERNAL] NStar Abstract

Dear FROST,

Apologies for the inadequate notice of my QNP talk yesterday, the talk 
went very well (it's all these years of practice!), albeit the virtual 
attendance was somewhat sparse.  Given this success, and now I've blown 
the cobwebs off the talk, I'm looking to present the originally intended 
in-person version, hopefully at NStar if they'll have me.  Abstract 
submission is still open a few more days, so attached is what I'd like 
to submit.  Comments and suggestions welcome (and yes, I'll decide one 
way or the other if I want to use American or English and make spellings 
consistent).
