<p class="MsoNormal">Specifically: I’ve incorporated Chris Keith’s suggestions and added a reference to the FROST NIM article. With respect to Steffen’s comments, I certainly agree that this
contribution is not where we hash out a discussion of the two (differing) analyses, so I’ve tweaked the text to reflect the “division of labor” suggested by Steffen and removed the strong statement about the comparison to the Fix-Ahroenhovel calculations.
I am assuming I have the correct references to both those calculations and the Roberts curves, but await Volker’s confirmation.
