Dear Colleagues,

Please, if you have not already done so, complete the JLab
inclusion survey. It closes today at 11:59 pm! Your personal
link was e-mailed on the 9th and on the 23rd of January.

It is very important for the Users Community to show strong
participation in lab matters. The inclusion of the Users in JLab
activities and local committees was not easily secured and we
would not like to loose or weaken this situation by leaving the
impression that we do not care. The JLab management agreed to
allow, and paid for, access to the survey for the whole Users
community and it will be detrimental if we show a small
participation.

The survey is not about the inclusion of ethnic or other standard
minorities, it contains questions about the work environment in
the lab, communications with the management, etc.

Even if diversity and inclusion is not your priority, please take
a few minutes to say so in the survey - this is an absolutely
relevant feedback.

I appreciate very much your time!

P.S. Dear Kyungseon, could you please forward the above e-mail to
the CLAS Collaboration?
