Hi,

I looked into the issue of lost events when cooking with a1c. It
turns out that the latest svn/scons version of a1c has a problem with
the output files, and I was not loosing events, but lost one file.
This was not a problem an earlier a1c version. Did someone change
how a1c saves output files recently?

For example:
	a1c -D0xd101c -T4 -sa -ct1930 -cm0 -cp0 -X2 -F -P0x3ffff -
Aprlink_g12_1930.bos
	-o/d/grid1/g12/data/raw/cooked_056516_A34 /d/grid1/g12/data/raw/
clas_056516.A34

Produces only these two output files: cooked_056516_A34
cooked_056516_A34.A00

I use to get *.A00, *.A01, *.A02, ...

The a1c log shows cooking and writing all input file events, but also
exhibits several of these messages:

bosopen.c: close file, but remember lun 0	0
bosClose : close local file
bosClose : Call cclose(stream=0,iobptr=0,medium=2)
bosClose : Not releasing slot
bosopen.c: old file closed
