[G12] 64bit a1c build problem fixed.

Hello all,

I've just fixed a bug in charged track reconstruction that was keeping x64
systems from finding charged tracks in a1c.  The update has been committed
to svn, but I'd like independent confirmation from the FSU x64 systems. 
Paul, could you rebuild a1c with the latest subversion revision and check
this?
