Hi g12,
The following options will be passed to a1c for the pass1 cooking of g12
(unless you hear from me again about this):
source /group/clas/local/current/scripts/environment.sh
export CLAS_PARMS=/group/clas/parms
a1c -F -T4 -cm0 -cp0 -P0xffff -D0x5103f -r'TAGIHBIDSTN0SCR HBERSC1 SC
HBTRSTN1' -Aprlink_tg-90pm30.bos -ct1930.0 -Gcalib_user.RunIndexg12 -O
infile.bos
The skims will be as follows. They are designed to save space and to be
convenient at the same time, but a bit of thought needs to be applied
before blindly using one of the first four skims. For instance, if you
want to look at all 2pos1neg events, you will run on all files in
skims/2pos1neg_not_1ckaon1ctrk AND skims/1ckaon1ctrk.
For more detail on how these skims are created see the g12 wiki page
here:

** (skims/1ckaon1ctrk)
* 2 positive tracks & 1 negative track, not 1ckaon1ctrk
** (skims/2pos1neg_not_1ckaon1ctrk)
* 2 charged tracks, not 2pos1neg or 1ckaon1ctrk events
** (skims/2ctrk_not_2pos1neg_1ckaon1ctrk)
* not 3 charged tracks or 2pos1neg or 1ckaon1ctrk events
** (skims/not_2ctrk_2pos1neg_1ckaon1ctrk)
=== non-complete inclusive skims (redundancy is here) ===
* 1 lepton
** (skims/1lepton)
* 4 charged tracks
** (skims/4ctrk)
* 1 proton & 1 antiproton

Thank you,
Johann.
