[G12] a1c 64bit testing directory

Hi,
the file we will test on is this:

/work/clas/clasg12/clasg12/a1c_64bit_test/clas_057219.A40

please create a directory inside this one that is a good enough
description so others understand what version of a1c was used and where.

options are in the following file. Notice the -M100 option to only cook
100 events.

/work/clas/clasg12/clasg12/a1c_64bit_test/a1c_opts

don't forget to set CLAS_PARMS environment variable! I
use /group/clas/parms on the farm always.
