[G12] caldb mysql error during connection to server.

Hi,
has anyone seen this error during reconstruction? This is issued from
the caldb package:

 calib_connect: RunIndex_table = "calib_user.RunIndexg12"
 calib_connect: using server=clasdb.jlab.org (default)
 calib_connect: using latest constants
 calib_connect: connecting as user=clasuser
 calib_connect: connection error. Can't create a new thread (errno 11).
 If you are not out of available memory, you can consult the manual for
a possible OS-dependent bug
 calib_get_int SQL_ERR: MySQL server has gone away
 calib_get_int SQL_ERR: query error SELECT systemId FROM System WHERE
 System.systemName='RUN_CONTROL'

I'm not sure if its a memory problem or if the MySQL server is
overloaded. This just started at about 18:24 on Aug. 18th 2009. I get
this error from both the farm and when I run interactively. However, I
can keep running a1c over and over and eventually i can get it to
connect properly.
