[G12] gamp2part

Hi Dennis,

Craig and I both use "gamp2part" for our MC.

Its part of the standard MC script and process that Craig had sent out earlier and thats on the wiki.

My command usage looks something like:

$PREFIX/bin/gamp2part -r56855 -omgenr8.part -T -S-0.321,0.378,-0.254,0.407 -z-110,-70 mgenr8.gamp 

And this works correctly. It gives you a file with the PART bank that you then pass through gsim,

I built "gamp2part" as well as other executables from the svn build using scons.

So if you have that, the set of instructions I have at my page should work with modifications.
