[G12] gsim feedback saga, episode 6

Hello all,
    The GSIM feedback study continues. The latest issue is documented on

In synopsis, I observe a difference in the magnitude of momenta between 
pass1 data on the silo and the same data cooked with an a1c built from 
the pass1-tagged SVN revision. This could be explained by changes to the 
CalDB since pass1 completed, but I have made no changes which should 
cause something like this. Ideas?
