[G12] ruby-pwa installation now available on ifarmls

Hi folks,
    I've built ruby-pwa in a common location for g12 collaborators to 
use if they please. To set up your environment, source one of the following:

/home/clasg12/local/src/pwa/use_ruby_pwa.[sh|csh]

Beware, ruby-pwa requires a special version of ROOT to function 
correctly (v5.18 built against Ruby 1.8.5), so this script replaces 
whatever ROOTSYS you may already have set.
