Hi folks,
Minutes from today's meeting are on the wiki at:
http://clasweb.jlab.org/rungroups/g12/wiki/index.php/27Jan10
and pasted below.
Toodles!
Agenda
* plot checking tagger sag correction
* gflux-scons-test
* More physics from Mike
* Physics from Sasha S.
* [[Media:mmkk_tofecut_severe.png|Missing Mass of the K+K+ with a cut
around the TOF Energy, K+momentum below 800 MeV (about 15% statistics)]]
Minutes
* Attending: Dennis, William, Carlos, Mike P., Diane, Craig, Johann, Ben,
Mukesh, Sasha O., Sasha @ UCLA, Paul E.
* Disk space usage: Johann is using 56% of the clasg12 work disk with his
n-tuples but he is transferring them to UCLA and deleting them as they
are moved.
* Johann is debugging the jobs that are failing--they are mainly the Duke
runs. Johann suspects that it's crashing on the skims.
* Craig showed the plot describing the tagger sag corrections--he'll make
another couple plots with the proton mass vs t-counter and a profile plot
as a
* Diane shows results from comparing her version of gflux (built w/ scons)
and Sasha O.'s -- the results are summarized on the link in the agenda
* Mike shows some results on the width and mass of the rho in p pi+ pi-
events. Folks would like to see this fit done with finer bins and possibly
an unbinned fit just to eliminate any artifacts introduced by binning.
* Sasha S. shows some spectra from K+K+pi- events.
