[G12] Some gflux numbers.

Hi All,

Mike Kunkel is working with 24 nA run and he is trying to figure out if gflux numbers we have for that make sense.

I will add to that. When you look at the tripfiles generated by gflux for the files he is looking at, we see :

For 57128 (60 nA), 25.04% of Events are thrown out.
For 57129 (24 nA), 35.77% of Events are thrown out.
For 57130 (60 nA), 24.59% of Events are thrown out.

When I say thrown out, I am assuming since these are marked as non-useful (trip, start, end) intervals by gflux, The photons in these intervals are not counted.

And since we are not throwing these events out in our analysis till now, I am assuming 24 nA should give a  higher Calculated Cross Section than the 60 nA data. This maybe the effect of what Sasha was discussing last week.  

I have the numbers used to calculate this below. They were obtained from Gflux tripfiles.
