[G12] Corrected Moments Plots

Hi All,

During the last meeting I was advised to calculate a few D-Function values by hand on paper and that suggestion promptly identified the bug in the code. 

Earlier I made a mistake while calling my "D-Function" function using angles in radians while I should have done it in degrees. That led to all returned values of small-d to be between 0.96-0.99.
leading to the issue described earlier. 

I have checked the values "on paper" for a few phi, theta, l, m, n combinations and they are as expected.
