[G12] Lambda Total Cross Section update.

MK,
OK, If I read your plots right, then 17.3 % of the time, you have at least
two of the three tracks in the same sector for p pi- pi+ exclusive events in
the data. This *should* be the same for simulations if we model the trigger
logic correctly (which we don't at the moment).
