[G12] Beam Intensity vs MOR rate - G12_wiki

The study Valery and I did during g12 was done using the raw counts from the
start counter PMTs to determine the current as best we could. I believe the
pertinent figure is on page 14 (bottom). Showing the scalar rate vs beam
current.
