[G12] polarization

Dennis,

The level of circular polarization was initially very low as g12 tried 
to push linac energy and not polarization for Hall B when negotiating 
the Wien angle settings. The polarization improved somewhat late in the 
run. Search the logbook for Moller runs to get an idea. We were 
originally interested in the circular polarization for the Timelike 
Compton and Lambda polarization transfer.
