[G12] New GFlux = New Cross Section

Greetings G12r's

Johann has redone some gflux and I have redone the cross sections in 
accordance with this.

Please take a look at Thursday September 29, 2011 on
http://clasweb.jlab.org/rungroups/g12/wiki/index.php/Yield_Calculation

Figures 0.1 & 0.2 are the new gflux histogram and ratio respectively, 
while figures 0.5 & 0.6 are the new cross sections.

I will present this and other things at tomorrows meeting.
