[G12] phase space factor

In my plots of the tmin effect, I included the overall phase space factor, which in this case (a+b-->c+d) is just the breakup momentum of c and d in the CM frame (2-body Lorentz-invariant phase space).
I include here a plot of that factor separated out for the 4 experiments of interest.
