     -In the last plot, the scale factor is 1.515. This comes from:
          -6% inefficiency in the ST per track (3 tracks)
          -16% overall inefficiency in detector + reconstruction as per g11 systematic study (see Reference: Mike Williams' thesis and g11 systematics study paper by CMU group)
