[G12] Disk Quota Full AGAIN

It appears most of the data on the g12 work disk are > 99 days untouched.
This is wrong: If you are not using the space, and do not need that data, then delete.
If you are not using the space, and do need the data, put it on the tape silo.
If necessarry, I will begin removing old files in a few days.
