[G12] EC Dimensions

Greetings G12,

Sorry for duplicate emails, I am not recieving any email snet to g12 
mailing list, so I am trying repeatedly



 From last meeting, it was speculated by Ibrahim that the U, V, and W 
layers of the EC were asymmetric. See page 2 of
https://clasweb.jlab.org/rungroups/g7/wiki/images/3/36/Iha_EC_study.pdf

However after reading the NIM on the EC, the wording suggests that each 
U,V, and W plane were made identical, read past paragraph of page 7.

Could someone please clear this issue? The reason it needs to be cleared 
is to properly program EC knockouts from dead strips.
