[G12] pi+pi+pi-n paper plan

Hi Paul,
  We discussed the route forward for publication for the 3pi-n analysis at
the meeting today, and everyone was interested in your thoughts. Shall
we try to publish without an upper limit on the pi1(1600) cross section,
normalizing to the a2(1320) instead? Or should we hold off until we can
get a reliable absolute normalization, and then publish with the upper
limit?

Either is acceptable to me; however, the amount of time I have available
to contribute is vanishingly small until I get married and Belle II
receives CD3 approval (both this summer). I can write manuscripts and do
smaller studies, but my rate of progress on bigger tasks will likely be
too slow for everyone's taste.
