[G12] Cross Section Normalization

Greetings Lei,

All final state particles are detected and preliminary it does not
appear that this factor is localized to a region.
I am currently trying to do a rebin, but for preliminary purposes I have
linked some plots.

As I have stated, I am trying to rebin in the bins of the plot of the
known cross section. Which are taken from
http://hepdata.cedar.ac.uk/view/ins100089/prev

https://clasweb.jlab.org/rungroups/g12/wiki/index.php/Yield_Calculation

I do not see a CLAS publication on the rho0 cross section for
photoproduction, nor do I see anything newer than what I have linked above.
