[G12] TOF paddles and Goetz's thesis

Hi, I am going to make a plot of occupancy versus paddle ID for every sector and another plot theta versus phi versus occupancy for data and simulation. I believe that will show which individual paddles should be knocked out and could be compared to MK's previous analysis.
